How would you like to improve
your:
- Memory and comprehension
- Ability to read with ease
- Ability to recall information
- Ability to take effective notes
- Increase productivity so there’s more time for other aspects of living
- Ability to apply information to enrich your own and other people’s lives
Dear Friend,
Usually when you hear or read about learning disabilities you probably only think of maths, reading, writing or spelling difficulties that come under a generalized heading of “Dyslexia”.
What about relationship, financial or social difficulties? Life skills are just as important and are also learnt as we journey through life.
You are already a masterful learner!
Think about it, you ARE already a masterful learner! These are just some of the areas you may already demonstrate genius ability!

Further, you have learnt to define within yourself the feelings of love and envy, as well as learning personal expressions for the feelings joy and sadness. You have learnt the difference between anger and happiness, confusion and clarity, unfocused attention and focused attention.
I believe researchers will be unable to find clear cut ‘symptoms’ that define learning disabilities as the list of learning challenges appears to be ever growing and as unique as each individual.
Rather like a family having common parents and the children all distinctive in their personalities, talents, gifts, abilities.
I am basing this ‘conclusion’ on the fact that there are already over 70 different ‘labels’ to describe the various aspects of learning disabilities.
My personal belief is a great majority of us are learning dis-abled (i.e. switched off from true learning).
Could it be possible that the mind/body functions that cause learning disabilities are a gift from nature?
In my experience with my own learning (and sharing this information with others), I have observed that we have all created and developed survival strategies in relation to learning.
We are all born with a natural ability to learn and each of us ends up creating and developing an amazing set of thinking patterns, beliefs and behaviors as means of ensuring our survival within the classroom, our family environment, our community etc.
Contrary to popular belief, I believe our learning disabilities can enhance who we are as individuals and that nature / the creator never intended for each of us to develop the same skills/talents/gifts or homogenised learning strategies.
If we all had the same gifts and talents life would be pretty much the same for all of us, and if there is one thing our planet is not about, it is sameness.

In 2002 the University of Westminster of London, UK became excited about their doctorate students in the Integrated Sciences Department using the suggestions contained within this learning program. So much so that a research program was set up for two years.
And further in October 2003 the Institute for Social Inventions contacted me to say that “The Secret Learning Code” (aka Rapid Sensory Learning & Conscious Creation) would be included in their 300 page book entitled “Setting the World Alight”.
So what is it about The Secret Learning Code that has made myself, the University of Westminster Integrated Sciences Department and the Institute for Social Inventions so excited about the learning process?

I want you to know
that I am by no means the only person offering techniques on how
to improve and accelerate learning.
I do believe I am one of the few people offering information on how to prepare
the mind/body for learning and how to deal with fears associated with learning
and/or emotional blockages around learning.
This approach has literally transformed the learning abilities of many challenged
learners, including myself!
The Secret Learning Code offers a unique understanding of learning from
the mind/body perspective and lays the foundation for other more advanced
accelerated learning techniques.
True learning is not about studying material to get a certificate that says
you are competent. True learning is much much more than that!
- True Learning is not solely about academic competence.
- True Learning is not about how many degrees, diplomas or certificates one has.
- True Learning is not just about mentally understanding theories and concepts.
- True Learning is not just head focused, it focuses on head, heart and hand.
| On the day of
reckoning I doubt we will be judged by what certificates we have on
the wall, but rather what scars incurred in battle for humanity. T C Fry |
True learning is about PERSONAL MASTERY. And mastery to me, means:
- Ability to take in information in an accelerated manner.
- Ability to comprehend theories / concepts in relation to the skill or talent we want to become experts in.
- Ability to apply practically the theories / concepts in Our lives as a means to enrich our life and the lives of others.
- Ability to master the skill to the point where there is no beginning or end, the information, comprehension and skill are literally YOU.
What
I am suggesting is, true learning is about who you become in the journey
of life.
True Learning is the collection
of skills, talents, abilities, understanding, and wisdom you gather through
absorbing information and applying it to every day life and living.
True Learning is about living your life from your core values and fulfilling
your potential as a human being so that you enrich the lives of others on
this planet.

There are two things I want you to consider about traditional learning.
The first is that in our current educational system does not currently have
a module where you are taught how you personally learn. (although thankfully
this is changing owing to some pioneering educators!).
Secondly, the traditional explanation of learning is “the process by which
new information is acquired and equips you to live a satisfying life as
an adult”.
I am sure you have heard “an education is important for your future”. And
many adults will tell you that this is strictly not a true statement.
A more truthful statement would be that education is just one aspect that
is helpful towards creating a satisfying life, however it does not equip
you to live a satisfying life as an adult.
If any thing a good percentage of adults feel at the mercy of life instead
of being the master of their life - despite their education.
| FACT | A strong majority the greatest minds of our time had learning disabilities e.g. Thomas Edison, John Nash, Albert Einstein | |
| FACT | A good percentage of our favorite actors/actresses, pop stars and sports heros have a unique learning style because of their learning disabilities. e.g. Whoopi Goldberg; Marlee Matlin, Cher, Beethoven, Jackie Stewart, Duncan Goodhew | |
| FACT | Many of the self-made millionaires who run successful businesses very often never finish formal academic education or don’t go into tertiary education. e.g. Walt Disney, Andrew Carnegie, Richard Branson | |
| FACT | Many famous writers and artists were known to have learning challenges. e.g. Hans Christian Andersen, W B Yeats, Leonardo da Vinci |
Many of us envy the academic brilliance of inventors and innovators, the
seemingly glamorous life style of actors, pop stars and/or sports heroes.
And then there is the lack of satisfaction we have within our being about
struggling month after month with finances in order to survive. Many of
us are jealous of those who are successful in business and/or in their career.
And of course to top it all, there is the longing for love and recognition
as more and more people experience ‘broken homes’ and/or the disillusionment
of the ‘perfect love syndrome’. As a result we resent our working colleagues,
mates, or siblings who have an intimate relationship when we don’t.
I believe that our current society’s beliefs around having a “good education”
and the educational process have made the mistake of confusing memorization
of data and the obtaining of a certificate, with the understanding of data.
Many an educator, a parent and myself has confused the understanding of
data to mean one has ‘got knowledge’ and that this knowledge will give you
the magic solution to life’s challenges.
True knowledge
and learning is based on applying data in order to master a skill which
ultimately brings us satisfaction.

The Secret Learning Code is,
therefore, more than acquiring information and having a good memory. It
is about self-mastery of a skill or talent with your unique learning patterns.
I started off searching for the secrets to health
and healing, but what I discovered about learning effectively will amaze
you!
It still leaves in me awe, which is why I am wanting to share with you The
Secret Learning Code!
Here’s the thing, I used to see and feel myself as an average learner, an
average student, an average every day person. I was good at some things
and absolutely useless at others. Does this sound like you?
Throughout school and a good percentage of my adult life, I always felt
as if I was destined to just be Miss Average as I never appeared to excel
at anything. This made me feel frustrated and horrible inside. My self esteem
was exceptionally poor. Perhaps you have experienced this too?
So you can imagine my surprise when in 1993 as I set out to find out what
it takes to be healthy, I stumbled across something remarkable about the
mind/body and its ability to learn!
More importantly my productivity increased and I began to produce better
end results, both in my studies and in my work environment. And true learning
is about results.

There
is an incredible behind the scenes secret to learning successfully, that
is so obvious, 87% of educators and educational facilities don’t practise
or teach it!
Secret? Well, it isn’t exactly a secret, as the code (or the sequence as
I like to refer to it) is so obvious that it has been written or spoken
about in the majority of creation stories from the peoples of our world,
for aeons of time.
This code has been spoken about by many great philosophers and religious
leaders. And it is constantly demonstrated by members of our society that
we perceive as great leaders, actors/actresses, sportsmen and women, inventors
and innovators.

Can you relate to this?
In all my years on the planet, I still haven’t found the ULTIMATE ANSWER,

Have you heard the words of the song entitled “The Greatest Love of All?” It simply states:- “Learning to Love yourself is the greatest love of all”
The amazing thing about true learning is that it is a constant discovery and celebration of WHO YOU ARE. Young children really epitomize this in the early years of learning.
Yes, It’s tough not being Mr, Mrs, Miss Perfect, isn’t it?
I don’t know how you feel about this, I believe, our society has masked the beauty of life to the extent that we now look at everything around us and only see and look for ugliness, unacceptability, lack of love, money, food and failure!
Let’s face it, the media and institutions which say they have our best interests at heart are constantly bombarding us with messages of what they consider acceptable, perfect and ideal; AND if we don’t have what they offer we are less than acceptable, perfect, loveable etc.
It doesn’t take an Einstein to realize that a lot of our global and personal low self esteem arises from the constant programming of impossible perfection.
You and I both know deep within ourselves that we are not absolutely perfect and because we are not, the way we often interpret this conflict of inner knowledge of knowing we are not perfect versus impossible perfection is
Combine this with learning challenges and you have a recipe for high levels of stress, which affects our ability to learn effectively and participate fully in life!
The Secret Learning Code is therefore a sequence of keys which turns on your mind/biology for learning which when applied consistently will allow your unique learning style to give you wings in whatever area you are wishing to master.

If you have read this far, then I know you are serious about taking responsibility
for your learning.
What do you want your learning experience to be like?
- Fun
- Inspiring
- Motivational
- Life Transforming
Do you really want:
- To be able to absorb information with ease?
- To be able retain information and recall it with a smile of your face?
- Do you want to be able to apply the information practically?
- Do you want to have the confidence to move through learning challenges with the persistence and courage you had when you were a child?
You may believe and
be asking yourself, “How come I am the only one with my type of learning
challenges?”
If you stopped to think about it
for one minute … there isn’t a person alive who doesn’t have some type of
learning challenge!
Would it not be more truthful to say:
- Some of us have a better ability to work with figures than another?
- Some people have an ability to use words in a way that creates magic in our imaginations whereas another is better with music or paint?
- And others have physical restrictions that stops their participation in a particular game or sport – yet there are others despite the physical disabilities who enter the paraplegic Olympics.
Look at your family members
and good friends. Do you all display mastery in exactly the same areas of
life?
Or is it more truthful to say that each of you has different levels of ability
in different subjects?
My family is a great example of how DIFFERENT we all are, and how unique
our learning styles are. And we all have learning challenges.
My father’s passion is birds (the feathered kind!) and he is considered
one of southern Africa’s experts on the 700 species to be found there. He
has written over 10 books on the subject and holds top photographic awards
for his photography of birds. As a teacher, he was a popular one, because
he was always seeking ways to make the subject fun for his students.
My mother’s passion is gardening and creating a beautiful home. My mother
is a store house of knowledge when it comes to what plants to put in your
garden to attract birds and small wildlife. Her friends also see her as
a great listener and friend.
My brother’s passion is for learning how to run his own business and master
the game of money. He is exceptionally good with figures, complex equations.
My brother has several very long term friendships which he nurtures and
considers to be very important in his life.
My sister’s passion is children. She went to university to learn how to
teach children. When she had her own children she was able to apply her
knowledge of teaching so that her children could benefit from her expertise.
She now uses that knowledge to help other children within a school environment.
My passion is learning about personal mastery. I am constantly asking myself
what it takes to enjoy good health, wealth and personal satisfaction. Another
question I ask myself is “what else can I do to fulfil my potential?” My
friends tell me that I am a walking encyclopedia in particular subjects.
The point I am making here is my family and I were in the same house, same
environment and yet have all CHOSEN to master different areas of life. This
is a direct result of our individual unique learning patterns.
This is how it is … and your family is no different. You are already a masterful
learner. Just aim to become the best you that you can be.

Let me ask you … do you have a dream?
Consider the dream of a young man from South Africa, Siphiwe Mbatha (13).
He has a dream to be an outstanding athlete. He comes from a modest suburb
outside Johannesburg.
With the current economic situation a good percentage of southern Africans
of all races cannot afford to travel the world, experience great healthcare
or hire a coach to train them in a specific skill.
However, Siphiwe has within him the belief that he can and will make his
dream come true. The how didn’t concern him, he focused on ensuring he mastered
the skills of being an outstanding athlete by himself.
He practised running every day after school. He learnt how to limber up,
breathe better, break his previous times. He watched other athletes and
attended local athletics meetings.
Some days he ran like the wind and he felt the joy of his dream happening.
Other days he found that no matter what he did, things just didn’t seem
to happen and that it was frustrating.
However, with courage, persistence, repetition and focusing on the end result
Siphiwe continued to train by himself after school, instead of playing with
other children or watching TV.
When the ‘Universe’ brought him an opportunity he was ready to take it.
He was selected as a key player in the making of a film called “Inspiration”
which was used by the UK in their bid to host the Olympics in 2012. The
talent seekers felt Siphiwe embodied the spirit of a kid with a dream, who
despite not having everything in life, still believes HE has what it takes
to achieve his dream.
This media opportunity has changed his life as he got to travel to London
and see some of the sites that many people around the world will only read
about or see in the movies. It has also fuelled his dream of having a chance
to compete in the London 2012 Olympic Games.
If this young man had followed the belief that because of his living circumstances
he didn’t stand a chance, he would have given up on his dream ages ago.
Have you given up on your dream?
So many of us give up on our dreams only because we feel and think that
we aren’t smart enough, tall enough, monied enough, attractive enough, academically
qualified enough etc.
Research on what makes a person a success, has shown successful people have
a clear dream or goal they wish to achieve.

Many people give up on their dreams because they get fixated on not being

The challenge here is, they keep focusing on what they don’t want instead

Great learners understand what mental conditioning is about.
YOU CAN tap into the mega power of your brain in a way that many great thinkers
such as Leonardo da Vinci, Thomas Edison, Alexander Bell and Albert Einstein

Your favorite actor, sports person, artist, cook, lover etc uses the same
mental conditioning as those we as a society have labelled “geniuses”.
And who knows, you may be a person who will invent something that will change
the way we do things in the world! The potential lies within you.
The reason I believe we need to return to true learning is so that we can
experience satisfaction in these areas of our life:
- Relationships
- Finances
- Health
By implementing specific techniques that take you into a whole brain whole body state for learning, you will improve your performance in virtually all aspects of your ‘learning’ ability including but not limited to:-
- downloading information in vast quantities
- quickness of reading
- cutting revision by 50% or more
- improving your short and long term memory.
- Listening, looking and feeling at a more consistent level
“Kate
– wake up and get real! I have learning disabilities!”
Don’t get me wrong – having a learning disability is challenging. However
remember at the beginning of this letter I said I believed it to be a blessing

Your learning challenges have allowed you to develop a unique learning style.
This unique learning style means you have natural aptitude and passions
for certain subjects / skills.
All of us need to improve our reading, writing and note taking skills. As
well as memory, recall and ability to share information effectively.
However, without preparing the mind/body for learning, these skills can
be highly frustrating in our ability to absorb and recall information.
There are excellent examples of human beings around the world who have overcome
‘dis-abilities’ by seeking solutions instead of listening to the doom and
gloom of those around them! Consider:
- Helen Keller – born deaf and dumb and yet learn to speak basically and hear through feeling vibration
- W Mitchell – has experienced a motor cycle accident and a plane crash and is in a wheel chair. He now is a key note speaker about taking responsibility for change, plus he states “Before I was paralyzed there was 10,000 things I could do. Now there are 9,000. I can either dwell on the 1,000 I have lost, or focus on the 9,000 I have left.”
- Simon Weston – a Falklands soldier who suffered third degree burns to his entire body and who now inspires disadvantaged young people to see beyond their self imposed limitations.
- Christopher Reeve – became a quadriplegic and yet gave motivational speeches to many people who had limbs and yet who often came across as more physically disabled than him!
- Blair Hill – born with no ears and became one of the first test subjects for hearing aids and who went on create and market hearing aids that have helped millions of people world wide.
- My uncle Tom – flew under London Bridge during World War II and crashed and became a paraplegic. He went on to invent lawn mowers for paraplegics as well as the sea cat which allowed paraplegics to enter into the sea.
- Miles Hilton-Barber who could originally see and is now blind. He is the first blind person to walk to the South Pole and a whole host of other adventures.
All of these people have experienced
extreme life challenges, however that didn’t stop them from learning and
making the most of their lives!
One of the characteristics all super learners have is a great ATTITUDE.
Every one of the above examples has a great attitude to life.
They used their natural mind/body learning ability to create success despite
their respective challenges and to live life fully.
![]() |
The
fifth key characteristic to being a super learner is the knowledge
that the way you think creates the results you experience in your
life. Your attitude to life will determine whether you fail or succeed.
|
| “I have used the
figure of 8 before sitting down to work. This has been helpful focusing
me on studying. The six pointed eye access has helped stress levels
amazingly! I use it whenever I am feeling any negative / stressful thoughts
– on the bus to get home! I use the music and find it helps but getting
a bit fed up of it now. The Emotional Freedom Technique has helped me
with confidence and stress levels. My overall stress is low which is
great but I am concerned that this more laid back attitude may have
a negative impact on my performance. Have not had time to go to my workshop.
I will get the time soon.” L Bernways University of Westminster Research Program 2002-2003 |
| It's your attitude
not your aptitude that determines your altitude. Zig Ziglar |
“Kate, I understand totally
that the power of my attitude is one characteristic that will help
me become a super learner and that all I can think about right now
is accessing the eBook The Secret Learning Code.” |
When you were a baby you were a completely BLANK SLATE and you have learnt
to walk, talk, sing, ride a bicycle, read a book, dance, fish, play soccer/football,
knit, cook, paint, arrange flowers, sew, play pool etc etc
Think about it – many of the things you have learnt you now do without THINKING
about HOW to do them.
Let me ask you:
- Did you give up learning to walk when you sat down heavily on your bum after your first step in attempting to walk?
- Did you give up sounding out sounds because you couldn’t comprehend a word your parents were saying to you?
- Did you jump out of the car, rant and rave at your driving instructor after the first lesson because you hadn’t learn to drive in a 20 minute driving lesson?
YET, why
is it that as adults we EXPECT the quick fix solution and
the ANSWER to our life’s challenges in a one stop shop manner?
If we have children we are only too aware of the dedication and persistence
it takes to master a skill, and yet we are highly impatient with ourselves
as adults.
YOU ARE ALREADY A LEARNING
GENIUS … you are a master at walking, talking and a few
other things besides.
What DID IT take for you to learn the skill of walking and talking?
I suggest to you, it took the following characteristics to learn how to
walk and talk the way you do:
- Desire to become a master of the technique
- Desire to learn no matter how long it took
- Persistence with the application of the techniques
- Repetition through sounding, listening, watching, looking and then doing it yourself
![]() |
The
sixth key characteristic to being a super learner is the persistence
and courage to do what it takes to make your dream happen! You are
never too old to begin anything. |
| “Well presented
– great all round. At times my mind showed the fear, however you covered
all the bases and have shown me how I can start taking control.” Mark Anderson Project Manager RailTrack |
| We must have courage
to bet on our ideas, to take the calculated risk, and to act. Everyday
living requires courage if life is to be effective and bring happiness.
Maxwell Maltz |
“Kate, I now realize
that I already possess the characteristics of persistence and courage
within because of all the skills I already do without thinking about
how I do them. I hadn’t realised that I learnt these”. |
Your mind/brain naturally seeks answers. Stop and consider for a moment
this statement. “Your mind/brain naturally seeks answers”.
A lot of your thoughts will be made up of observations, statements and questions.
Smart learners learn to develop the skill of asking quality questions and
then begin to research for the answer.
For example. You may ask the question “Am I loveable?” and the feedback
(i.e. response) you get from people around you may or may not support this
question. Depending on the feedback you get you will make a decision as
to whether or not you are loveable.
Let’s consider something more abstract. “What will it take to be healthy?”
You sign up at the gym, you read books on nutrition, speak to individuals
who rarely get ill, read books on spiritual philosophies, ancient healthcare
systems, perhaps even study quantum physics and bio-chemistry.
And after applying some of the information you have researched through books
and experiencing benefits along with speaking to individuals in different
areas of health care, you decide that the method that appeals to you is
named Naturopathy. You now sign up and learn to become a practitioner of
this method so you can pass the message onto others.
In both instances you are constantly asking questions, evaluating the feedback
and making decisions based on the answer you received to your initial question.
Anthony Robbins, a person who demonstrates high levels of personal mastery,
states “the quality of your life is determined by the quality of your questions”.
I would rephrase that to say the quality of your questions determines
the quality of your learning which ultimately affects the quality of your
life.

The
seventh key characteristic to being a super learner is determined
by the quality of your questions. Your mind/brain naturally seeks
answers. |
| “Thank you very
much for a non-stop roller coaster ride of information, facts, fun and
stimulation. I can honestly say that I have never attended a seminar
that has been so stimulating and worthwhile. I am very keen to review
and recommend this course to nurses and will be back in touch with you
about this. Thank you again for a wonderful day and I look forward to
putting the ideas into practice.” Jennifer Percival author, counsellor |

In the original American Indian cultures, African cultures and those who
continue to live in places like the Amazon Rain Forest or on small islands
in the Pacific Ocean, signs are held with great reverence.
In the case of learning, when things are not going YOUR WAY, this is a wonderful
signal from the Universe.
Anthony Robbins, an inspiring motivational speaker said,
“People feel overwhelmed when they see a failure as a personality defect
instead of what it is – a great signal to modify
their approach”.
I actually finished secondary school in 1980 and went on to do a secretarial
diploma. By the time I was to revisit academic studying in 1993, I found
myself with thoughts and feelings like these:-
- I doubted I had the ability to obtain the required certificate of competence. (You know I am not a natural learner because I am not good at maths, science and languages!)
- Anxiety that my memory wouldn’t be good enough within a test, examination or clinical practice. (I mean you should see how many books I am supposed to memorize!)
It was only when I began to
study in earnest and realized I was not achieving the results I wanted,
that I finally UNDERSTOOD what Tony Robbins alluded to when he said “…a
great signal to modify their approach”.
I was too busy buying into limiting thoughts of “I am not able to cope”
or “I was never good at science, how am I going to learn anatomy and physiology?”
In order for me to learn effectively, hold down a full time job and still
have time for socialising, friends, and other interests, I
was going to have to modify my approach.
The quickest way to recognize when the Universe is sending you a signal
to modify your approach is to become aware of your stress levels and the
results you are achieving.
![]() |
The
eighth key characteristic to being a super learner is to recognize
when you are not achieving the results you want, and know that this
is a signal to MODIFY YOUR APPROACH. |
| “Great, extremely
useful. Learned so much! I will however need reminders. Thanks for sending
the emails in advance.” Kirsten Meyer-Whitting London Junior Chamber of Commerce |

Do you know your unique learning style? Do you know how
to TURN ON your mind/body for optimal learning?
All of the above keys I have shared with you so far are characteristics
what it takes to be a super learner.
I think we have already established the following:
- We all have some form of learning disability.
- Our learning disabilities are as unique as we are.
- Our learning disabilities can enhance our personal mastery.
- We are not all here to be gifted in the same way.
- True learning is about personal mastery.
- There are certain key characteristics required to become a super learner.
So what is the actual sequence,
the Secret Learning Code, that many religions, philosophies and individuals
have recognized is the key to personal mastery of the mind/body?
Did you know that there is a specific biological sequence that turns on
the mind/body for learning efficiently?
What?
Yes, believe it or not the one thing we all share is a mind and biology
– yet it is the one subject that many educators are totally unfamiliar with!
- You are unique in your learning blueprint!
- Your ability to download and absorb information is special to you.
- Your ability to apply it and master it is unique to you!
I refer to this
sequence as the “Codes of Creation” because they exist in many creation
stories as well as being part of our growth as a human being in the womb,
to those first few years of learning outside the womb and before we enter
school.
The keys to learning effectively are:
Sound
Light/Color
Movement/Action
Or put another way – auditory, visual and kinesthetic powered by an ability
to think.
Yes, our biology in the womb grows in a specific order which is mimicked
outside the womb at birth! The order is:-
Ears (auditory)
Eyes (visual)
Limbs (kinesthetic)
| Nervous System | Brain | Mind | Thinking |
| Auditory System | Ears | Sound | Hearing/Listening |
| Visual System | Eyes | Light/Color | Looking/Seeing |
| Kinesthetic System | Limbs | Movement | Touching/Action |
Our primary three senses are also our primary three intelligences. When
these three senses/intelligences are working together they naturally open
the mind/body to the mastery of the other intelligences.
My studies in anatomy and physiology, along with creation stories and personal
experience of becoming an increasingly more effective learner has demonstrated
to me that these three primary senses/intelligences are the key to each
of us developing self mastery in several or one other of the intelligences
as defined by Lawrence Gardener).
| 1 | Linguistic / Musical | 6 | Intrapersonal (Self Analysis, Reflection / Observation) |
| 2 | Visual / Spatial | 7 | Imagination / Creativity |
| 3 | Body / Mechanical / Kinesthetic | 8 | Intuition |
| 4 | Logical / Mathematical | 9 | Naturalist |
| 5 | Interpersonal (Social) | ||
For most of us
(at present) we are usually so dominant in one of the primary senses/intelligences
that the other two are there but not working effectively.
Combine this domination with our particular learning style we developed
from the womb and you can no doubt appreciate why learning can be stressful
for each and every one of us.
Studies show that when we immerse our auditory, visual and kinesthetic senses
in the art and science of learning through specific stimuli we experience
the following benefits.
- Slows down and equalizes brain waves – taking one into the active and passive states of alpha and beta where downloading of information is effortless.
- Reduces fatigue, stress, muscle tension.
- Improves body co-ordination.
- Learning in a fraction of the usual time for complex tasks.
- Increase in retention skills, strengthens memory and concentration.
- Decreases computer strain and tired eyes.
- Helps with self esteem, mood and erratic sleeping patterns.
So there you have it … the crucial
components for activating your natural learning ability is the use of the
auditory, visual, and kinesthetic senses and intelligences as the key to
developing other intelligences with your unique learning style.
And the magic thing is … when you know what your unique learning style is
and your mind/body is prepared for learning, then a host of amazing things
happen, for example:-
- Learning becomes joyful
- Gathering information becomes a game
- Comprehension and retention of information is good
- Less stress in tests / examinations
- Recall is easier
- Productivity in the work place is increased
- Satisfaction with life becomes part of your every day living
![]() |
The
ninth key characteristic to being a super learner is making sure you
are able to absorb information in a variety of ways. Sound, light/color
and movement are crucial to the activation of your ability to learn
information with ease and elegance. |
| “The color filter
I find a hindrance as I find it too shiny. I enjoy the colored pens
and paper as these are fun and creative and therefore studying not a
chore. Mind-mapping for note taking very useful as the information is
all in one place and easy to read. I find the six pointed access and
EFT useful when feeling discouraged. Infinity Walk good for waking up
before studying. I found the cross patterning good for pre-study and
unsticking the mind. The positive affirmations were very good for morale
and I enjoyed visiting the workshop of the mind for new ideas.” Rowland University of Westminster Research Program, 2002 - 2005 |
| Edgar Cayce, one the world’s greatest medical intuitives had this to say …"In the harmony of sound, the harmony of Color, even the harmony of motion itself, its beauty is akin to that expression of the soul-self in the harmony of the mind, if used properly in relation to [the] body." 3659-1 |
The strategies for learning
efficiently will enable you to enjoy a balanced life style whilst refining
a skill you have already mastered as well as learning a new skill.
You have already done a marvellous
job of learning … however somewhere along the line with the stresses
of life you have turned off your natural ability to learn (regardless of
learning disabilities).
So many of us have lost the persistence and courage we had as children when
it came to learning and mastering a new skill.
The techniques I will share with you in the learning program will:
- Allow you to unfold that part of you that has always known that life is not about perfection.
- Reconnect you with your sense of adventure and curiosity of the world.
- Give you techniques that will help to rewire your mind/body so that your experiences of learning becoming richer.
I am proposing that by discovering
your unique learning style you will begin to appreciate life as
it already is.
It is true that some of you reading this letter have greater issues with
reading, writing, maths and co-ordination than others. However, this learning
program is just as valid for you because it gives you tips and strategies
for practical applications in various situations.
The program can also put you in touch with specific individuals who specialize
in helping really severe learning challenges through sound, light / color,
movement and/or through the understanding that your unique learning style
is not a disability but a gift from nature / the creator.
By fulfilling your potential you will naturally add value and service and
thereby make a difference to:
Your community Your society Your culture Your country Your family Your friends
![]() |
The
tenth key characteristic to being a super learner is making sure you
fulfil your potential so that you can touch, move and inspire others
around you through service. Remember head, heart, hand.
|
| “Superb presentation
/ workshop with shown positive results; looking forward to applying
the techniques. I especially liked the different mediums used to teach
the techniques. I do prefer the interactive / practical way the presentation
was run rather than reading from a book! Thank you.” Sophia Lawson traveller from Australia |
| “Think about what
you have to give, not even in terms of dollars, because I believe your
life is about service. It’s about what you came to give the world, to
your children, to your family.” Oprah Winfrey |
“Kate, I am ready to
be true to me! I want to master head, heart and hand so that I can
touch, move and inspire people with my unique skills and talents.
Just tell me where I can access a copy of the eBook, The Secret Learning
Code”. |
The Inspiring Words
of Rose
"We do not stop playing because we are old; we grow old because we stop
playing. There are only four secrets to staying young, being happy, and
achieving success:
- You have to laugh and find humor every day.
- You've got to have a dream. When you lose your dreams, you die. We have so many people walking around who are dead and don't even know it!
- There is a huge difference between growing older and growing up. If you are nineteen years old and lie in bed for one full year and don't do one productive thing, you will turn twenty years old. If I am eighty-seven years old and stay in bed for a year and never do anything I will turn eighty-eight. Anybody can grow older. That doesn't take any talent or ability. The idea is to grow up by always finding the opportunity in change.
- Have no regrets. The elderly usually don't have regrets for what we did, but rather for things we did not do. The only people who fear death are those with regrets.
Are you ready to jump start your ability to learn how to learn right now?

When you purchase The Secret
Learning Code, to demonstrate how important it is to me that you develop
personal mastery and true learning, I have the following free bonuses to
give you.
When you purchase The Secret Learning Code, you will also get a questionnaire
that will enable you to discover which of your primary three senses is your
dominant learning intelligence. This information will help you to recognize
what you need to do in terms of strategies to strengthen the other two primary
senses/intelligences.
Congratulations you have decided to take charge of your learning! My contribution
to that commitment is to share with you some interesting tips, facts and
exercises that will encourage you to become a whole mind/body learner.
In our society we associate the mind with the brain. Traditional thought
is that the mind/brain is responsible for our learning. More up to date
quantum thought is that our whole body (which includes the brain) is actually
the mind.
Outlining the benefits to learning when you use the Codes of Creation Sequence
as the key to creating balance between your primary three senses / intelligences.
Become part of a world wide community committed to personal growth and mastery.
The newsletter will contain further tips and strategies for you as a learner,
for application as a student or person in business. I will also include
some strategies for educators so that they can begin to use The Secret Learning
Code within their ‘classrooms’.

Implementation … the biggest secret to success
One catch though. If you don’t use it you lose it. Implementation is the
real secret to success of anything you wish to master. Ideas are two a penny
and easy to come by. However, I have coached people who say they desire
a better life and have spent over £150 in training and then gone home and
never implemented one single idea.
I am going to make a statement that is simple and yet profound. So I ask
you to read it slowly … digest it … allow it to sink in. “What you don’t
know, you don’t know”.
And until you do know, you can either do nothing about it or you can begin
to use simple tools and techniques to switch your mind/body into a natural
mode for learning.
By the time you finish applying the techniques contained within The Secret
Learning Code you will know what you need to do in order to learn new skills
successfully and to achieve the success you dreamed of.
If you are not completely astounded by the stunning results you will achieve
by retuning your mind/body to learn effectively with the following results
- Learning becomes joyful
- Gathering information becomes a game
- Comprehension and retention of information is good
- Less stress in tests / examinations
- Recall is easier
- Productivity in the work place is increased
- Satisfaction with life becomes part of your every day living
